Projects & Vision

Building a Better Community

The Community Foundation of Orangevale and Fair Oaks was launched in 2015. The Orangevale Food Bank was established in 2011 under another non-profit entity. As it matured and grew, it required its own non-profit status. As such, the Community Foundation was established and now oversees the Orangevale Food Bank. The food bank is just one of many community assets that our team hopes to create over the next many years. As you’ll see below, there are many more great ideas and great vision for a better community. We hope to gather like-minded leaders in Orangevale and Fair Oaks to continue building upon the great work of the Orangevale Food Bank.

Community Foundation of Orangevale and Fair Oaks is a 501c3 tax-exempt organization (EIN 47-3548647). We are also known as (DBA) Orangevale Community Foundation, Fair Oaks Community Foundation, Orangevale Food Bank.
